New year, new album!

Well technically it's not a new year since it's the end of August, but it's also not a new album either since it's a re-release. Anyway, "Next Stop... Never" has been totally remixed and remastered and now sounds considerably less shitty than before. Check it out on Bandcamp.

Gig Cancellation

Our drummer had an unfortunate accident this morning and tripped while collecting his milk from the doorstep resulting in a broken foot (or a twisted ankle or something, I wasn't really listening). I didn't even know you could still get milk delivered to your house. We offered to still play the gig without using the kick drum but the venue is being uncooperative. As a result, tonight's gig is cancelled. Refunds available from your point of purchase.

Spliff Witchard featured on Jim Davidson's Generation Game!

A lot of people have been writing in about a certain familiar tune appearing on last night's Generation Game hosted by the ever-fabulous Jim Davidson. That's right, the Spliff Witchard classic "Calories to Burn" was recently selected as the theme tune for the popular 90s game show where family members compete to win amazing prizes. Keep your eyes peeled and you may notice another well known Spliff Witchard song appear as the new theme tune to QI.

Bam! Biography updated!

Stay tuned as we have some truely EARTH SHATTERING news coming in the next few weeks!

Spiffy new website

After months of angry email exchanges between the band and fans demanding a website, Spliff Witchard have finally received a government grant and have thrown millions of pounds into the development of an internet presence. The new website is running on a server running an 8.5 litre, V8 engine with twin turbochargers and an aftermarket intake fan, so it should provide more than enough power to distribute the band's meaty riffs all across the globe.

Why not have a look around and learn some exciting facts about the band from their biography, listen to some albums, click some exciting links or even get in contact with the doomsters themselves!

We hope you enjoy your stay, and thank you for flying with Spliff Airlines.
